As our CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist), you will join our well-respected, dedicated team consisting of 23 full-time anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs at a 391-bed Level I Trauma Center and academic medical facility, CHI Health Creighton University - Bergan Mercy, delivering top-quality anesthesia care. You will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, hospitalists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal perioperative outcomes.
Every day, you will be responsible for meeting established surgical standards and managing anesthesia supplies and equipment in the Operating Room. You will also enjoy a diverse and rewarding case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, spine, cardiac, trauma, obstetrics, gastroenterology, healthy pediatrics, ENT, urology, and gynecology. We promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.
To be successful in your role, you will possess exceptional clinical skills in all aspects of nurse anesthesia and a passion for providing compassionate, high-value care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures.
