CHI Health Clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our community centered, highly regarded family medicine team in Glenwood, Iowa.  This opportunity is suited for a provider with that thrives on working in an independent environment. The team is open to new graduates in addition to experienced providers.

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
