As our Geriatrician, you will help older adults and patients with dementia or palliative care needs receive specialized, comprehensive medical care and compassionate support so they can improve their health outcomes, maintain dignity, and enhance their quality of life.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, focusing on geriatrics, dementia screening, and palliative care. You will be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and Advanced Practice Providers, engage in patient education and shared decision-making, and contribute to innovative programs like the Dementia Screening Clinic and the GUIDE model.
To be successful in this role, you must board certified or board eligible, be a skilled Geriatrician with a passion for caring for older adults, expertise in dementia diagnosis and palliative care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
