Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 sub-specialty services. The physicians and APPs provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.  DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. As our Family Medicine Physician you will deliver exceptional primary care in an outpatient-only setting within our Peppertree Clinic in Phoenix. This role offers unparalleled work-life balance within a supportive Dignity Health Medical Group environment. 

In this role, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of your patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician.You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will exhibit effective communication skills and thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.  

• Outpatient only
• Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
• Call is 1:8 or 9
• 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
• Avg 18-24 patients per day
• Social worker onsite
• Access to Clinical Pharmacist
• Excellent Behavioral Health resources
• Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
• Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
• Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects

Required

• Board-eligible/Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona 
• MD or DO Degree
• Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
• A passion for providing clinically excellent care 
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
