Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking an energetic and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)) to join our collegial Mission Clinic in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a physician owned, multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000, DOE
  • Sign on bonus and relocation assistance
  • Productivity and Quality incentives

  • CME allowance of $1,500 annually
  • Public Student loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
