As our Medical Director, you will help physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical leaders deliver exceptional, patient-centered care so they can improve quality outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and support the continued growth of our medical group.
In this role, you will provide strategic physician leadership across the medical group while partnering with executive leadership to advance clinical excellence, quality improvement, patient safety, provider engagement, and operational performance. You will be expected to oversee quality initiatives, guide physician performance and peer review, support regulatory compliance, contribute to strategic planning and budgeting, and collaborate with hospital and medical group leaders to achieve organizational goals.
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Arizona MD or DO medical license upon hire, current board certification in your specialty, and a proven history of physician leadership within a medical group setting. Strong experience in quality improvement, physician engagement, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership is essential, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships and lead organizational change.
