Pediatrician - Full-Time (32 hours) Opportunity in Thriving Stockton Practice

Pediatric Associates of Stockton, a well-established and physician-owned practice, is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Pediatrician (4 days/week - 32 hours) to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, outpatient care to a diverse patient population. Our team of 4 MDs and 3 NPs works together to deliver comprehensive pediatric care. We believe in providing a positive work-life balance, as evidenced by our 4-day work week and outpatient-only focus. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled clinicians but also team players eager to contribute to a thriving practice with a strong sense of community.

Job Highlights:

• Well-established, physician-owned outpatient pediatric practice.

• Full-time, 4-day work week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Average 20-25 patients per physician per day, 
• Diverse patient population from birth to 21 years old.
• Home-call only. No hospital or nursery call.
• $260,000 Salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation.  (Productivity-based compensation structure with income guarantee potential.)
• Vacation, malpractice coverage, health insurance, retirement matching. (Not currently able to sponsor H1-B or J-1 visas.)
