Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our well-established, collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. 

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting. 

Opportunity Highlights

• Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions
• Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting
• Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts
• Open ICU with no procedures or codes required 
• Additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Depending on experience
• Sign-on Bonus: $40,000
• Relocation Assistance: $20,000

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
