Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a full time Board Certified OB Hospitalist Physician to their team. Responsibilities would include covering the OB emergency department, covering patients in labor & delivery, providing emergency gynecological consults, and being available for surgical assist needs. • Incoming physicians would be based out of Methodist Hospital of Sacramento
• Hospital does approximately 1800 births/year
• 24 hour back-up Ob on-call.
• Full time would be twelve 12 hour shifts/month and shifts can be done as 24 hour shifts.
• Additional compensation provided for doing additional shifts.
• Level II nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center

• Active board certification required.
• Compensation Range: $330,000- $339,000 plus bonuses.

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified in OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA)
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
