Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and a variety of metabolic and hormone-related conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $310-340k annually 
  • Productivity-based bonus potential
  • Sign-on Bonus up to $40,000
  • Relocation Assistance up to $20,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents

 

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in endocrinology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in California.
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
