As a Neurology Physician Assistant with VerityMD, you will elevate your medical practice within a patient-centered neurology clinic, contributing to comprehensive care from diagnosis to treatment. This role offers unparalleled autonomy in managing your own patient panel while benefiting from expert physician mentorship to refine your clinical skills in a low-stress environment. You will be instrumental in a collaborative team dedicated to advancing neurological health in the Sacramento area.
Every day you will conduct detailed patient evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, and manage follow-up visits for a diverse range of neurological conditions including headache, stroke, seizures, and neuropathy. You will also proficiently interpret diagnostic studies (MRI, EEG, EMG/NCS) and coordinate care across the healthcare continuum, actively shaping workflow improvements and patient education initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient assessment and care management. You will be a proactive, collaborative healthcare professional who thrives with clinical autonomy and embraces continuous learning through elite mentorship.
