Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group seeks Cardiologist in Bakersfield, CA 

 

As our Cardiologist, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, a thriving multispecialty practice within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, playing a pivotal role in providing essential cardiovascular care to a vibrant community. You will practice alongside a highly respected team of cardiologists, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes within Bakersfield, California.

 

You will provide expert clinical care primarily in an office-based setting, benefiting from minimal hospital call coverage and rounding. With dedicated APP support and robust referral patterns serving a population of over one million, you will significantly impact the health and well-being of countless individuals.

 

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Cardiologist with a commitment to collaborative, compassionate patient care and a desire to contribute to a well-established and growing practice aligned with California's largest hospital system.

 

We are offering a competitive salary guarantee of $500,000 – $550,000, with excellent earning potential through a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus. Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology
  • Active or eligible license in the state of California
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
