Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 sub-specialty services. The physicians and APPs provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.  DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), you will help diverse patients receive exceptional obstetrical, neonatal, and gynecological care so they can experience healthy pregnancies, positive birth outcomes, and optimized women's health throughout their lifespan. Join our dedicated team in a collaborative practice environment.

Every day you will provide management for low-risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and the highest standards of care. You will be expected to practice directly within your CNM scope of practice, maintaining rigorous patient safety standards and utilizing professional communication to foster seamless team collaboration and problem-solving.

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered professional nurse with specialized skills and certification in obstetrical, neonatal, and gynecological medicine, duly authorized for advanced practice in Arizona. You will actively contribute to our clinic leadership team, participating in the annual updating of midwifery protocols, policies, and procedures to continuously elevate our patient care delivery.

Required

  • Masters of Nursing New Grads may be considered for employment after certification and licensures are obtained
  • Active or eligible license in the state of AZ
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner: AZ
  • Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program
  • DEA

Preferred

  • 1 year CNM experience
