Job Summary and Responsibilities

With a growing patient demand, excellent patient care, and providers' quality of work/life balance taking center stage, Dignity Health Medical Group-Sierra Nevada (Grass Valley, CA) seeks bring Primary Care providers (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to the group who are open to the following:

 

  • Offering excellent IM or FM care to adult patients, with an emphasis on managing those who are medically complex
  • Utilizing a strong referral base with easy access to specialists
  • Partnering with highly trained, competent and caring support staff
  • Working in a group where hearts are big and teamwork rule the days
  • Providing services in a community where healthcare providers are appreciated every day for their heroic work

Compensation and Benefits

 

Compensation Details:

  • Salary Guarantee: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
  • Uncapped Productivity Incentive
  • Up to $20,000 Relocation Incentive
  • Up to $15,000/year Quality Incentive
  • PLUS Signing Incentive of either:
    • up to $125,000 Sign-On Bonus
      OR
    • up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus  AND  up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment
  • Group-paid medical and dental insurance option (including group contribution to HSA account) or “buy-up” plans available
  • 8 weeks time off per year
  • Company 401k matching program - 50% match of up to 6%
  • Additional retirement contribution of up to 3-8% of salary (based on age range)
  • CME Reimbursement, paid Malpractice, and reimbursement for licensure renewal fees

Job Requirements

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
