Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Medical Oncologist, you will join a team dedicated to truly optimizing healthcare for the communities we serve. This position will provide exceptional, evidence-based cancer care while contributing to the delivery of the highest quality and most cost-effective healthcare within our integrated delivery system. You will support organizational goals through clinical excellence, physician collaboration, exceptional patient experience, and compassionate, comprehensive care. Through your work, you will help advance a sustainable, growing, and distinctive organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients and families throughout the communities we serve.

 

Every day you will provide comprehensive oncology care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients with a wide range of malignancies. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, advanced practice providers, infusion teams, nurses, pharmacists, and supportive care specialists to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care. You will play a vital role in guiding patients and their families through every stage of the cancer journey while promoting quality, safety, and access to innovative therapies and clinical best practices.

 

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Medical Oncologist who is committed to delivering exceptional cancer care. You will possess strong communication abilities, outstanding clinical judgment, and the ability to build trusting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

We are offering a competitive base salary guaranteed, a generous CME allowance, and  recruiting incentives, which include a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, and relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
  • Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital
  • Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
  • Active or Eligible unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado
