Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Urologist with Roseville Urology, you will join a highly regarded, premier urology practice committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care throughout the thriving Sacramento region. This is a lucrative urology career opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible provider seeking to join a well-established, collaborative group. You will enjoy significant practice autonomy, the ability to tailor your surgical focus, and the distinct, structured opportunity to assume full ownership and leadership of the practice over a 1-to-3-year transition period, guided by a senior mentor.

 

Every day you will perform a variety of urological procedures, including advanced minimally invasive techniques. You will utilize dedicated block surgical time and benefit from robust mentorship, ensuring your continued professional growth. You'll contribute to a strong team environment, delivering patient-centered care and upholding a commitment to exceptional clinical and surgical standards. You will also participate in shared call arrangements, contributing to a balanced and supportive call schedule, and actively engage in the strategic growth and future direction of the practice alongside an experienced physician who will guide your transition into a leading role.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess board certification or eligibility in Urology and have completed an ACGME accredited residency program. While fellowship training is preferred, we welcome new graduates with strong clinical and surgical skills as well as a strong business acumen. Experience with robot-assisted surgery (MIS) is preferred, alongside exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will be adaptable, flexible, and deeply committed to providing the highest quality, compassionate care to our diverse patient population, ultimately becoming instrumental in shaping the practice's continued success.

Job Requirements

  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency training program
  • Board certified or board eligible in Urology
  • 1+ years post training practice experience stongly preferred
  • Robot/MIS training and/or experience preferred
  • Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a strong understanding of urological conditions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
