As a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner, you will contribute to the fulfillment of the mission and vision and strategic initiatives by providing medical care to patients under the direction of a supervising physician. You will work both day shifts and night shifts.
Every day, you will provide a comprehensive assessment and examination of the patient's medical, physical, and psychological status. You will develop medical care plans, implement and manage a treatment plan, periodically assess the patient's medical needs, and provide patient education and counseling. This involves meticulous clinical assessment, critical decision-making in high-acuity settings, and compassionate patient and family engagement to ensure holistic and effective care for hospitalized patients.
To be successful in your role, you will strategically contribute to the fulfillment of our mission and vision by providing comprehensive medical care to patients under the direction of a supervising physician. You will demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise in assessing patient status, developing and managing care plans, and providing patient education, thereby ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization.
