As our OBGYN provider, you will deliver comprehensive women's healthcare services in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on providing exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of gynecologic and women's health conditions while building long-term relationships with patients throughout various stages of life. Working alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers, you will contribute to a practice dedicated to evidence-based care, patient education, preventive medicine, and improving the health of women throughout the community.
Every day you will provide outpatient clinical care for an average of 21–24 patients per day, performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and coordinating care across specialties when appropriate. You will have access to in-office ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and colposcopy services, allowing for efficient and comprehensive patient care. In addition to managing routine and complex gynecologic concerns, you will collaborate closely with physicians on patients requiring advanced evaluation and treatment. You will work within an integrated clinic model alongside primary care, diabetic education, behavioral health, physical therapy, and pharmacy teams while partnering with Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogynecology specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated care. This position is outpatient only with no call responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance while maintaining a meaningful impact on patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered women's healthcare. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate the ability to manage a busy patient schedule, and be committed to delivering high-quality care while supporting the growth of the practice. Candidates must have a Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, current certification through a nationally recognized certifying organization, and eligibility for licensure in Nebraska and Iowa. A Nebraska license, Nebraska DEA registration, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required. Opportunities may also be available to participate in outreach efforts throughout Southwest Iowa, further expanding access to women's healthcare services across the region.
