Job Summary and Responsibilities

Mercy Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Critical Care Intensivist to join our esteemed team at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, California. This opportunity offers a shareholder track and is ideal for a dedicated physician committed to delivering exceptional care in a state-of-the-art 20-bed Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU). You'll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and multidisciplinary team, focused on advancing critical cardiac care.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Fellowship training in Cardiac Critical Care, Surgical Critical Care, or Anesthesia Critical Care is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with exposure to Mechanical Circulatory Support (Impella, LVAD, ECMO). 
  • BE / BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology candidates with additional Critical Care experience will be considered.
  • Not an H1/J1 opportunity
