As our Primary Care Physician (IM or FM), you will join an established clinical team at Dignity Health’s Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), playing a pivotal role in the continued success and community health impact of our Med Plus Orcutt Clinic in Santa Maria, California.
Every day you will provide comprehensive family medicine and pediatric services to patients of all ages, managing routine checkups, wellness care, and chronic medical conditions. You will also coordinate care seamlessly across our integrated health network, utilizing advanced patient portals and virtual care tools to support your patients through every stage of life.
To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a strong passion for community-based outpatient medicine, excellent clinical instincts, and a deep commitment to delivering care centered around humankindness.
We are offering a competitive salary guarantee of $280-300k + productivity, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, retirement matching, and generous paid time off.
