Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our CRNA, you will join Midtown Anesthesia Group in an outstanding partnership with CHI St. Vincent Health.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly experienced team providing anesthetic coverage at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, the leading regional healthcare system in southwest Arkansas celebrated as one of "Arkansas Best Places to Work" by Arkansas Business since 2019, and consistently recognized with "High Performing" designations by the U.S. News & World Report and The Joint Commission’s National Quality Approval.

 

Every day, you will provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending provider. You will also promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.

 

To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management, ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices, and proactively foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations.

  • Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Working two 12-hour shifts per week
  • Working with a wide variety of cases, OB experience is a plus.
  • No Weekends required.

We are offering a competitive compensation package that includes performance-based incentives and sign-on bonus.

Job Requirements

Required

 

  • Active RN and APRN (CRNA) License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. 
  • Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists by date of hire
  • BLS, ACLS certifications
