You will collaborate closely with primary care providers, hospitalists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary specialists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. As a key member of the pulmonary care team, you will help strengthen outpatient services, build lasting relationships with referring providers, and expand access to high-quality pulmonary care throughout Durango and the surrounding rural communities.

Important to this role is embracing the Mission and values of this Christian organization, contributing to a team-centered culture that prioritizes collaboration and service, and supporting an environment of transparency, accountability, and excellence.
